Acceptable Stay , Some Issues
rolltop bath comfortable bed gorgeous decor small closet large toilet seat odd welcome
The rolltop bath was huge. I found plenty of pillows and the bed was comfortable. The decor and bathroom was gorgeous.
The welcome felt odd , I found myself interrogated in a small closet under the stairs. The receptionist demanded payment before anything else , this happened before any greeting. The wooden toilet seat was overly large and did not sit well with me.

sweet escape
large room unique décor extra touches
the room, a superior king room, was large. it featured wonderful décor, i loved its uniqueness. there were extra touches like shortbread and bath salts, i felt so spoiled.
the shower temperature varied, a small issue. the water fluctuated from warm to cold, i found it a bit unsettling during my shower.

Hotel décor displays style and originality. the chef produces delicious food. the downstairs lounge area seemed pleasant. I noted comfortable seating and soft lighting with a relaxing atmosphere.

totally awesome stay!!!
warm welcome cool artwork amazing room
The hotel was gorgeous, both inside and out! i really loved the fancy decorations and cool artwork. It felt so luxurious. the staff gave me such a warm welcome. They offered me cakes and refreshing lemon water after my long trip. my room was amazing, and i slept so well that i asked about the mattress!
The coffee machine in my room was placed too high. I had to climb on a chair to use it. it would be much better if it was placed lower for easier access. this was a minor inconvenience, but definitely worth addressing.

My beautiful king room was spacious and beautifully decorated. I found it very comfortable. the bathroom was particularly excellent, with high-quality fixtures and plenty of space.

The breakfast was seriously delicious. I especially loved the pancakes which were possibly the BEST i have ever had. the dining room itself is beautifully appointed and very comfortable.

tasteful decor service-oriented staff loud music simple apology
The room was super. I found the entire hotel very tastefully decorated. Staff were VERY service-oriented.
The music in reception was loud and i could feel the base coming through the room. There was NO apology when ringing, just a simple I'll turn it down and hung up.

pleasant experience
attractive hotel high ceiling friendly greeting basic channels delayed return missing charger
i found the hotel physically attractive both externally and internally. the high ceilings and cornicing stood out. the furnishings included interesting artwork.. the greeting was friendly and efficient, with cakes and pastries available.
i noticed the absence of extra tv channels apart from basic ones. this is not something i am used to when away. i had to wait to have my phone charger returned almost three weeks.
